We want to communicate to you that with the recent above normal rainfall we have received through out the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, our landscaping vendor(s) are working as diligently as possible to keep everything under control. The landscaping vendor (s) are mowing as much as they can without causing damage to the turf areas/common areas. The landscaping teams have serviced numerous Essex Management properties, only to be rained out once again. Our vendor (s) understand this weekend is a holiday weekend and they are trying to do all they can to get your community serviced and looking good for Memorial Day. We are aware of all the troubled areas that need attention and we WILL get it fixed and serviced weather permitting as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience in this matter. If you are needing a new pool access card, please visit your Association’s web page at www.steeplechaseranchhoa.com and click on the link located under Pool Access, to complete the form and submit your request.
